Committees

Join a committee today!! Contact the LITE Office if you are interested in learning more about a committee or participating.

By-laws Committee:
This committee considers and recommends changes or amendments in either the Constitutions or the By-laws which may be considered necessary or advisable.

Education Committee:
This committee plans and presents scientific sessions to meet the needs of the membership and plans the annual seminar.  All such activities must be approved by the Board of Directors.

Publications Committee:
This committee is responsible for composing the Newsletter.  The Newsletter is published at least quarterly.

Nominating Committee:
This committee is responsible for selecting qualified candidates for LITE's elective offices and enforcing the provisions of the nomination policy.  A nominating committee member can not be a candidate for any elected office.
